We do not provide legal advice. Information on sperm donation, legal parenthood, custody, contracts, inheritance or other legal matters is of a general nature and may not reflect the latest developments or your jurisdiction. 4. Fertility results, risks and safety
Statements about timelines, success rates, storage conditions, temperatures or results are informative and contain no guarantee. Results depend on, among other things, age, health, timing, technique and pre-existing conditions. At‑home procedures carry risks (e.g. infections, improper handling of biological material, allergic reactions). You are responsible for following medical instructions, using sterile single‑use materials and, in consultation with professionals, ensuring appropriate screening (e.g. STIs/relevant pathogens).
RattleStork is not a clinic, laboratory or healthcare provider. Unless explicitly stated in a service description, we do not collect, process, store, test or ship biological samples and we do not perform medical screenings or background checks on users.

Profiles, messages, posts and other user-generated content ("UGC") are the responsibility of their authors. We do not routinely pre-screen UGC and cannot guarantee a user's identity, background, qualifications or intentions.
