1. WHO WE ARE

Rattlestork UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Sternstraße 23, 39104 Magdeburg, Germany ("we", "us", "our"). Website: rattlestork.org.

2. ELIGIBILITY (18+)

The Services are intended solely for adults aged 18 years. Minors must not use the Services; you must not enable, facilitate or request use by minors. Content that depicts, sexualizes or appeals to minors (including simulated, stylized or AI-generated depictions) is strictly prohibited.

3. GENERAL CONDUCT

You may not do or attempt to do any of the following:

  • create, operate or maintain fake identities; impersonate people or organisations; misrepresent your age; operate multiple accounts without our prior consent; sell, rent, lend, transfer or otherwise trade accounts or verifications;
  • harass, stalk (stalking), doxxx, threaten, encourage self-harm or violence, or disclose others' personal data (including precise location data) without legal basis and effective consent;
  • publish hate speech or discriminatory content against protected characteristics (including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age);
  • create, solicit, distribute or trade non-consensual intimate images (NCII), sexual exploitation, or any sexual content involving minors (including deepfakes or synthetic media);
  • offer or solicit commercial sexual services (including escorting, prostitution, sugar-dating), paid companionship, or other unlawful services/activities;
  • upload/transmit illegal content; infringe intellectual property, personality, or privacy rights; promote terrorism or criminal activity; or provide instructions intended to cause harm;
  • systematically collect personal data without authorization, extract data from private interfaces, or circumvent access restrictions or rate limits; legally permitted uses and authorized indexing of public pages remain unaffected;
  • compromise, test, or bypass the security or integrity of the services; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; falsify GPS or manipulate device signals to misrepresent proximity/availability;
  • spam, send unsolicited advertising, engage in phishing or fraud, manipulate reviews/reports, or abuse reporting and appeal mechanisms;
  • abuse subscriptions, promotions, or refunds (including chargeback fraud) or resell access, matches, contacts, or features.

4. INTIMATE CONTENT and CONSENT

You may only share intimate content if all identifiable persons have given informed, voluntary, and revocable consent to its creation and distribution. Deepfakes or synthetic media that depict real people in intimate contexts without verifiable consent are prohibited. It is forbidden to coerce, pressure, or make benefits/interactions contingent on sharing intimate content.

5. USER CONTRIBUTIONS

You must have the necessary rights to your contributions and respect the rights of others. Content must be lawful and comply with this policy. We may take proportionate action in response to breaches; statutory duties to review, give reasons and provide complaint procedures remain unaffected.

6. PLATFORM INTEGRITY

  • You must not systematically retrieve data to create a database, directory, or competing service.
  • You must not frame, mirror, or otherwise misrepresent the services.
  • You must not copy or adapt client/server code or seek access to private or administrative interfaces.

7. REPORTS (NOTICE-AND-ACTION)

Report suspected illegal content using the reporting feature or contact form. The exact location, reason for the complaint and your contact details are helpful. Confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Statutory exceptions concerning contact details remain applicable. We handle reports in accordance with applicable legal requirements and communicate decisions where required.

8. COPYRIGHT/IP COMPLAINTS

Use the contact page for intellectual property complaints. Identify the protected work or right, the disputed location and your authority to act. Explain, to the best of your knowledge, why the use is unlawful. Complaints are handled under applicable law.

9. ENFORCEMENT and CONSEQUENCES

We apply proportionate, context-sensitive measures taking into account severity, history, and risk. Measures may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspensions, permanent terminations, and reports to law enforcement or other competent authorities. For serious risks (e.g., CSAM, credible threats, significant hazards) we may impose immediate restrictions.

10. APPEALS

You can request review of a restriction on your content or account through the contact form. Identify the decision and explain your objection. Other statutory complaint and judicial remedies remain available.

11. SAFETY and WELL-BEING

Content that encourages self-harm or violence is prohibited. If there is an immediate danger to you or others, contact your local emergency services. You can also report in the app so we can — where legally permitted and possible — take appropriate action.

12. SUBSCRIPTIONS and PAYMENTS

Trial periods, promotions, refunds, or chargebacks must not be abused; accounts, matches, or access to features must not be bought or sold. Violations may result in actions under Section 9. Information about pricing can be found in the subscription overview.

13. CHANGES

We will give appropriate notice of material changes. Changes to existing contracts are subject to statutory requirements; we will obtain any required consent separately.
