1. WHO WE ARE

2. ELIGIBILITY (18+)
The services are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years. Minors may not use the services; you must not enable, facilitate or request a minor's use. Content that depicts, sexualizes, or targets minors (including simulated, stylized or AI-generated depictions) is strictly prohibited.
3. GENERAL CONDUCT
You must not do any of the following or attempt to do so:
- create, operate, or maintain false identities; impersonate people or organizations; misrepresent your age; operate multiple accounts without our prior consent; sell, rent, lend, transfer, or otherwise trade accounts or verifications;
- harass, stalk, doxx, threaten, encourage self-harm or violence, or disclose others' personal data (including precise location data) without legal basis and valid consent;
- publish hate speech or discriminatory content against protected characteristics (including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age);
- create, request, distribute, or trade non-consensual intimate images (NCII), sexual exploitation, or any sexual content involving minors (including deepfakes or synthetic media);
- offer or solicit commercial sexual services (including escorting, prostitution, sugar dating), paid companionship, or other unlawful services/activities;
- upload/transmit unlawful content; infringe intellectual property or personal/privacy rights; promote terrorism or criminal activity; or provide instructions intended to cause harm;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data; use bots, crawlers, or other automation; access undocumented/private APIs; circumvent rate limits; or — except where legally permitted — engage in reverse engineering;
- compromise, test, or circumvent the security or integrity of the services; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; falsify GPS or manipulate device signals to misrepresent proximity/availability;
- spam, send unsolicited advertising, engage in phishing or fraud, manipulate ratings/reports, or abuse reporting and appeals mechanisms;
- abuse subscriptions, promotions, or refunds (including chargeback fraud), or resell access, matches, contacts, or features.
4. INTIMATE CONTENT and CONSENT
You may share intimate content only if all identifiable persons have given informed, voluntary and revocable consent to its creation and distribution. Deepfakes or synthetic media that portray real people in intimate contexts without verifiable consent are prohibited. It is forbidden to coerce, pressure, or condition benefits/interactions on sharing intimate content.
5. USER CONTRIBUTIONS
You represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights to your content; that it is accurate, lawful, and compliant with this policy; and that you have obtained the consent of identifiable persons. We may, at our discretion and without obligation, moderate, remove, restrict, or reclassify content or features to protect users or comply with laws.
6. PLATFORM INTEGRITY
- You must not systematically retrieve data to create a database, directory, or competing service.
- You must not frame, mirror, or otherwise misrepresent the services.
- You must not copy or modify client/server code or attempt to gain access to private or administrative interfaces.
7. REPORTS (NOTICE-AND-ACTION)
You can report suspected illegal or policy-violating content in the app or via our contact page: rattlestork.org/contact. Please provide the profile/URL in question, a description of the facts, your legal or policy basis if applicable, and contact information. We will review reports without undue delay, take appropriate measures (including removal, restriction, or referral to competent authorities) and — where legally required (e.g., EU DSA) — provide explanations.
8. COPYRIGHT / IP COMPLAINTS
For reports of alleged intellectual property infringements, please use the contact page and include sufficient information: the affected work, the material in question, its location/URL, a statement to the best of your knowledge, and your authority to act. We operate a repeat infringer policy in accordance with applicable law.
9. ENFORCEMENT and CONSEQUENCES
We apply proportionate, context-specific measures taking into account severity, history, and risk. Measures may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspensions, permanent account terminations, and notifications to law enforcement or other competent authorities. For serious risks (including CSAM, credible threats, or significant dangers), we may impose immediate restrictions.
10. APPEALS
If your content or account has been restricted, you may appeal via the in-app process or the contact form. Please provide your username, a brief justification, and relevant contextual information. We will review and inform you of the outcome. Restrictions may remain in place during the review.
11. SAFETY and WELL-BEING
Content that encourages self-harm or violence is prohibited. If there is an immediate danger to you or others, contact local emergency services. You may also report in the app so we can — to the extent legally permitted and possible — take appropriate measures.
12. SUBSCRIPTIONS and PAYMENTS
Trial periods, promotions, refunds or chargebacks must not be abused; accounts, matches, or access to features must not be bought or sold. Violations may result in actions under section 9. Information on plans can be found in the Subscription overview.
13. CHANGES
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates the current version. Material changes may be announced in the app and/or on the website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
