This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) is part of the Terms of Use and the EULA. By accessing or using the website and app (together “RattleStork” or the “Services”), you agree to this policy and all applicable laws.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

1. WHO WE ARE

RattleStork UG (limited liability), Sternstraße 23, 39104 Magdeburg, Germany (“we”, “us”, “our”). Website: rattlestork.org.

2. ELIGIBILITY (18+)

The services are exclusively for adults aged 18 years and older. Minors may not use the services; you may not enable, facilitate, or request use by minors. Content depicting, sexualizing, or targeting minors (including simulated, stylized, or AI-generated depictions) is strictly prohibited.

3. GENERAL CONDUCT

You must not do or attempt the following:

  • create, operate, or maintain false identities; impersonate persons or organizations; misrepresent age; operate multiple accounts without our prior consent; sell, rent, lend, transfer, or otherwise trade accounts or verifications;
  • harass, stalk, doxx, threaten, incite self-harm or violence, or disclose personal data of others (including precise location data) without legal basis and effective consent;
  • publish hate speech or discriminatory content against protected characteristics (e.g., race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age);
  • create, request, distribute, or trade non-consensual intimate images (NCII), sexual exploitation, or any sexual content involving minors (including deepfakes or synthetic media);
  • offer or request commercial sexual services (including escorting, prostitution, sugar dating), paid companionship, or other illegal services/activities;
  • upload/transmit illegal content; infringe intellectual property or personality/privacy rights; promote terrorism or crimes; or provide instructions intended to cause harm;
  • scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data; use bots, crawlers, or other automation; access undocumented/private APIs; circumvent rate limits; or — unless legally permitted — engage in reverse engineering;
  • compromise, test, or bypass the security or integrity of the services; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; spoof GPS or manipulate device signals to falsely represent proximity/availability;
  • spam, send unsolicited advertising, engage in phishing or fraud, manipulate reviews/reports, or abuse reporting and appeal mechanisms;
  • abuse subscriptions, promotions, or refunds (including chargeback fraud) or resell access, matches, contacts, or features.

4. INTIMATE CONTENT & CONSENT

You may only share intimate content if all identifiable persons have given informed, voluntary, and revocable consent to its creation and distribution. Deepfakes or synthetic media depicting real persons in intimate contexts without verifiable consent are prohibited. It is forbidden to coerce, harass, or condition benefits/interactions on sharing intimate content.

5. USER CONTRIBUTIONS

You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to your content; that it is accurate, lawful, and compliant with this policy; and that you have obtained consent from identifiable persons. We may moderate, remove, restrict, or reclassify content or features at our discretion and without obligation to protect users or comply with laws.

6. PLATFORM INTEGRITY

  • You may not systematically retrieve data to create a database, directory, or competing service.
  • You may not frame, mirror, or otherwise misrepresent the services.
  • You may not copy or modify client/server code or seek access to private or administrative interfaces.

7. REPORTING (NOTICE-AND-ACTION)

You can report allegedly illegal or policy-violating content in the app or via our contact page: rattlestork.org/contact. Please provide the relevant profile/URL, a description of the issue, your legal or policy basis if applicable, and contact details. We review reports without undue delay, take appropriate actions (including removal, restriction, or referral to authorities), and provide explanations as legally required (e.g., EU-DSA).

8. COPYRIGHT/IP COMPLAINTS

For alleged intellectual property rights violations, please use the contact page and include sufficient details: the affected work, the disputed material, its location/URL, a statement to the best of your knowledge, and your authority to act. We enforce a repeat infringer policy in accordance with applicable law.

9. ENFORCEMENT & CONSEQUENCES

We apply proportionate, context-sensitive measures considering severity, history, and risk. Measures may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspensions, permanent terminations, and reports to law enforcement or other authorities. For serious risks (e.g., CSAM, credible threats, significant dangers), we may impose immediate restrictions.

10. APPEALS

If your content or account has been restricted, you may appeal via the in-app process or the contact form. Please provide your username, a brief reason, and relevant context. We will review and inform you of the outcome. Restrictions may remain during the review.

11. SAFETY & WELL-BEING

Content encouraging self-harm or violence is prohibited. If there is immediate danger to you or others, contact local emergency services. Additionally, you may report in the app so we can take appropriate measures as legally permitted and feasible.

12. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

Trial periods, promotions, refunds, or chargebacks must not be abused; accounts, matches, or feature access may not be bought or sold. Violations may result in actions per Section 9. Information on rates is available in the subscription overview.

13. CHANGES

We may update this policy occasionally. The “Last updated” date indicates the current version. Material changes may be announced in the app and/or on the website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
